Student teacher Stacey comments

I would like to note that I think the students are invested in the drama now. Even the child who last week was unsure about the reality/imaginary aspect of the MOTE. He has been (Lynette notes) getting very into the company tasks and not wanting to stop. Today I asked the students in the research and design team I worked with, what was the next step with the research? They went on to tell me all about the company and how we were going out to the site next week to take soil samples and measurements for the playground and then they could then make this work with their design. This to me showed real belief and investment in the company. It is theirs now.. Not just something the teacher is planning.

I also note that the students are calling each other colleagues and there seems to be a huge amount of respect for one another. I can tell this because they are listening intently to each others ideas and wanting to know others thoughts and are working with them (offering and accepting).

I found thins quite wonderful to witness!
